Hydroquip is a recognized test and calibration facility for Kawasaki Pumps and Motors in India. A dedicated computerized Test Rig – SIGMA – was designed in-house with all latest features and its used for all test and validation of both Kawasaki Pumps & Motors and SUN manifolds.

• Variable delivery pumps up to 280 CC can be tested
• Most common types of control can be tested – Load Sensing / Pressure Compensation / Torque Control / Electric or Hydraulic displacement control
• Hydraulic motors of any displacement can be tested for performance and internal leaks
• Any complex SUN manifold can be tested for full functionality and reports generated.
• Total connected power 75 kW out of which 30 kW is VFD controlled for speed regulation.
• Maximum Pressure capability 400 Bar and Flow capability 300 Lpm
• Full Rig operation controlled by dedicated software developed in LabVIEW
• Rig capable of running either in full manual or semi auto or full auto mode
• Auto Report generation verdict for test parameters
• Full time monitoring for fluid cleanliness and temperature levels.
